This website and it's owners take a proactive approach to user privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its users throughout their visiting experience. This website comply's to all UK national laws and requirements for user privacy. 

Order Process & Cancellation

When your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with details of what has been ordered and the selected options regarding delivery/dispatch. We recommend that you check the email and ensure that it is correct. We endeavour to process orders and dispatch within the chosen option, however in most circumstances your order will be dispatched sooner. It is important to note that due to the type of product we sell that there is a custom element to most of our products and as a result our lead times refer to dispatch and not delivery times.

As we offer a custom service it is important that you notify us of any errors or intentions to cancel as a matter of urgency. If we are producing a custom badge design then we accept cancellations up until the point you have approved the proof, after which the badges would already have gone into the production process. For all other order cancellation will be accepted up until the point of production. To cancel your order you may call us on 01278 80 60 70 or email office@ljsp.co.uk - You may also use our contact form for cancellation. There is no penalty for cancelling your order. We process cancellations on the same working day of receipt.

In the event of faulty or badges that have been produced incorrectly, we will either issue a refund or replacement, subject to your agreement and preference. In the event of you choosing to cancel your order because of faulty or an error on our part, we will issue a full refund without any penalty. Please note that we may need to see faulty items for the purpose of clarification.

In the event that you wish to return an order due to 'change of mind' then the you are fully liable for the return costs. In any case, we are not able to accept returns due to 'change of mind' where badges have been made custom/personalised.

Delivery

As standard we use Royal Mail for our website orders and we send our badges by First Class post. We also utilise couriers for the delivery of our products and we use our discretion to choose a courier or particular postal service. Our Standard and Express options do not include tracking or timed delivery service. The times stated refer to dispatch, and not delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days however most order are sent sooner.

Use of Cookies

This website uses cookies to better the users experience while visiting the website. Even though we are a small business we have taken all the steps we feel possible to ensure that we operate in a safe way and that our customers data and privacy are maintained at all times.

These steps include, but are not limited too:

• SSL Certifiates. We use Secure Socket Layer technology on ALL of our website pages. This means that when you use our website the content is encrypted between us and your browser. If you look at our address you will see https:// in the address. 
• PCI Level 1 suppliers. For our online store we only use suppliers that have achieved the highest PCI Level 1 standard. This ensures that your card details are safe and secure and are processed in accordance wth PCI Security Standards Council - see www.pcisecuritystandards.org for more information. 

Payment Processing

As part of your order you will be required to provide payment details. This may include credit/debit card details and any other information that is required to validate your chosen payment method. Although you order your goods via www.thebadgecentre.co.uk your card transaction(s) is/are not processed or handled by us and we do not process your card details in anyway. To allow the transaction to complete your card details and the required information is processed by an approved PCI Level 1 processor and you authorise us to provide the processor with the required submitted information to process your payment method.

Contact & Communication

Users contacting this website and/or it's owners do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998. Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.

This website and it's owners use any information submitted to provide you with further information about the products / services they offer or to assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have submitted.
